Job Title: NetSuite / Concur AP Consultant

Location: Midtown, 2-3 days onsite

Position Overview:

Robert Half is seeking a highly experienced NetSuite / Concur AP Consultant with deep Accounts Payable expertise to support and optimize AP operations. This consultant will be responsible for investigating and resolving critical workflow issues, and determining why processes are not working as expected. This is a 3-6 month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve Concur invoice processing issues, including backlog/root cause analysis for stuck invoices
• Assess whether the current NetSuite and Concur integrations/workflows are functioning optimally
• Lead AP process improvement efforts to drive efficiency, controls, and timely invoice processing
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify breakdowns and implement sustainable solutions
• Provide strong functional guidance around AP best practices, controls, and system usage
• Act as a confident, resilient consultant who can challenge stakeholders, push back when needed, and drive accountability

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, Concur, and Accounts Payable
• Deep understanding of AP operations, invoice workflows, approvals, exception handling, and integrations
• Proven ability to diagnose system/process issues and deliver practical solutions
• Strong communication skills and the presence to “put their foot down” when necessary
• Experience supporting complex, multi-region or cross-functional environments preferred
