- Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware
- Repair or replace defective telephone equipment
- Complete and maintain test and service reports
- Determine nature, cause and location of trouble
- Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment
- May work in a team with shared supervisory responsibilities
- Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team of professionals working with a client group
- Sell products on a retail basis

- Refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair parts

Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
