- Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings and specifications
- Prepare contracts and tenders
- Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates
- Eligible for certification by a provincial or territorial association
- Autodesk REVIT
- MS Excel

- MS Word
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system
- Criminal record check
