Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to provide interim support to the Marketing team. This role focuses on coordinating product launches, managing marketing documentation, supporting day-to-day operations, and facilitating communication across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams. This is a 5 day in office position located in Scarborough, near Sheppard/Markham Road.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare and maintain product launch materials, sales tools, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Manage pricing sheets, product forms, item agreements, and other business documentation.
• Maintain files, records, and content within SharePoint and internal systems.
• Support reporting, tracking, and administrative activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, secure approvals, and support project execution.
• Assist with retailer presentations, customer-facing materials, and internal communications.

• 1-3+ years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, or related support role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing documentation, spreadsheets, and multiple competing priorities.
• Comfortable handling repetitive, process-driven tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and business terminology.
