We're recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for a 3 month contract opportunity. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing general marketing support, and providing website project coordination support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate website updates and enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., developers, designers, agencies)
• Track timelines, manage deliverables, and support QA for website content and functionality
• Assist with content updates, uploads, and quality assurance (QA) checks across web pages
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (email, web, social media, etc.)
• Coordinate content development, approvals, and marketing assets
• Maintain marketing calendars and assist with basic performance reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment

• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital, or project coordination role
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
• Experience working with content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar) is an asset
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media schedulers, analytics tools)
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, Teamwork, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• High level of accuracy, dependable follow-through, and comfort working in a fast-paced setting with changing needs.
• Familiarity with marketing-related tools and channels such as websites, CRM platforms, social media, or Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an asset.
