Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead plant operations and drive continuous improvement across production, safety, quality, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production and operational teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily manufacturing activities, production schedules, and resource planning to meet customer and business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing practices including 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to support efficient operations and on-time delivery.
• Support budgeting, capital projects, and operational planning initiatives.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering employee engagement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturing best practices.

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in an operations, manufacturing, or production leadership role.
• Proven success leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
