Our public practice client located in the Shuswap region bordering on the Okanagan Valley is looking to hire a Manager or Senior Manager for their successful public practice. This is a succession planning role with a clear path for the Manager / Senior Manager to partnership for someone inclined to do so. Our client specializes / focuses on compilations with a small percentage of their business touching on reviews and personal tax returns during busy season The (Senior) Manager would initially report in to the current partners and would be responsible for reviewing the work of the senior and staff accountants while managing a book hands on as well.
The ideal (Senior) Manager must have at least 7+ years of hands on experience from public practice in Canada and have their CPA designation. Ideally, you are looking to put down roots in the community and want to be somewhere you can truly enjoy outdoor activities and live a balanced life!
