We are seeking a Manager, AI Development & Data to lead enterprise application development, AI initiatives, and data-driven solutions. This role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring scalable platforms, modern architectures, and successful delivery across a growing technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team across development, data, and project delivery
• Defining and executing application, data, and AI strategies aligned to business goals
• Designing scalable solutions across APIs, integrations, and enterprise platforms
• Driving adoption of Microsoft technologies, including Azure and Power Platform
• Overseeing DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, release management)
• Managing project portfolio delivery, prioritization, and governance frameworks
• Advancing AI and automation initiatives, including agentic AI use cases
• Leading data strategy, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives

• Strong experience with Power Automate and Power Platform solutions
• Proven ability to build agentic AI solutions and integrate with enterprise applications
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization expertise
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in development, data, and delivery
• Strong background in application architecture and modern software development (.NET, APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint)
• Experience with cloud architecture, identity, integrations, and enterprise systems
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation, release management)
• Strong experience in data platforms, ETL processes, and enterprise analytics
• Proven ability to deliver AI/ML solutions, including model lifecycle and governance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
