Bonduelle Lethbridge is a manufacturing facility that processes and packages frozen vegetables. We harvest peas and corn locally as well as package different frozen vegetables grown in different regions.
We are currently hiring TWO dedicated Electricians to join our team!

- Ensure operation of machinery and electrical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on processing and packaging equipment, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Layout and plan the installation. Quantify and order required material.
- Provide input relating to the resolution of any design or installation issues.
- Install, alter, repair, and maintain a wide range of electrical equipment for safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation.
- Ensure all electrical maintenance operations are in compliance with applicable regulations and trade practices.
- Lay out circuits, set up breaker and panel boxes, and install fixtures and lights as well as other electrical equipment.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Accurately and efficiently record repairs and maintenance performed on work orders and share information with the team.
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by notifying the inventory coordinator.
- Adhere to all plant safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Journeyman Certificate in the Electrical trade.
- Have an acceptable attendance record.
- Possess strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach.
- Able to understand and accurately complete EAM work orders as assigned.
- Possess their own tools in order to perform maintenance and/or repairs.
- Understand regulations regarding safety, quality, sanitary design, and GMPs in a food plant.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- Ability to meet deadlines given.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team building skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
