Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join their team in St. Albert, Alberta. This role supports daily logistics and transportation operations by maintaining accurate records, processing shipping documentation, and entering information into company systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring shipments and related paperwork are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify bills of lading and shipment information.
• Accurately enter and update logistics data in ERP systems.
• Prepare freight orders and maintain shipping records.
• Organize freight settlement documents for processing and reconciliation.
• Manage high-volume administrative tasks across logistics platforms.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipping documentation.
• Provide clerical support for inbound and outbound transportation operations.

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with high-volume data entry in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with computer and office systems.
• ERP experience (JD Edwards, IBM AS/400, or similar) preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping, transportation, or logistics is an asset.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
