We are looking for a Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves representing clients in a variety of legal matters, including commercial disputes, regulatory cases, and cross-border litigation. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings across all levels of courts, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.

• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts, with precision and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize on complex litigation matters and provide innovative solutions.

• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and all necessary documentation is organized.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, establishing trust through clear communication and effective advocacy.

• Participate in development opportunities to enhance litigation skills and stay updated on legal trends.

• Provide mentorship to less experienced team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

• Handle regulatory and compliance matters, offering guidance to clients on navigating legal challenges.

• Work independently or as part of a team to achieve successful outcomes in diverse legal contexts.

• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues.

• Proven oral advocacy skills and a demonstrated interest in courtroom proceedings.
