The Role

As a Learning Consultant, you will play a strategic role in designing and delivering large-scale training initiatives that build capability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to design and develop impactful training programs aligned with business objectives
• Select and apply effective instructional strategies to maximize engagement and knowledge retention
• Facilitate dynamic learning experiences using a mix of in-person and virtual delivery methods
• Continuously assess and enhance training programs based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs
• Stay current on learning and development trends to ensure leading-edge practices are applied 

What You Bring

• Post-secondary degree or diploma, with a certification (or willingness to pursue) in Adult Education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder consultation and relationship management
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing large-scale training programs across multiple modalities
• Proven experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia (preferred)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness
• Insurance industry experience is considered an asset
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

•Additional Information

• Hybrid work model with occasional travel to offsite locations
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills, and scope of the role; total rewards extend beyond base salary
• AI tools may be utilized as part of the recruitment process
