Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Assist with financial reporting, account analysis, and variance investigations.
• Process employee expenses and maintain organized accounting documentation.
• Support audit requests and ensure financial records are complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day accounting operations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
