Location: Remote

Duration: 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension or conversion to a full-time permanent position)

We are hiring an experienced iOS Engineer for an exciting fully remote contract opportunity with our client. You'll play a key role in developing and enhancing customer-facing iOS applications, with a focus on creating personalized, recommendation-driven user experiences.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Build dynamic home page experiences and recommendation/suggestion-driven product pages.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
• Integrate GraphQL APIs and work with backend services.
• Utilize Sentry and Datadog for application monitoring, analytics, and backend visibility.
• Work within established design systems and internal development/deployment platforms.
• Participate in Git-based development and CI/CD workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in native iOS development.
• Strong expertise with Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Ruby and Go in a backend-integrated environment.
• Experience using Sentry and Datadog for monitoring and observability.
• Experience building personalized, recommendation-based user experiences and dynamic home pages.
• Familiarity with design systems and internal developer tooling.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and experience working in startup or small-to-mid-sized environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
