Robert Half is working with a respected client to find an Intermediate Accountant to join their finance team. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with solid hands-on experience in general accounting, month-end support, reconciliations, and financial reporting who is looking to continue building their career in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform account, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Preparation of financial statements and internal reports
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Analyze account activity and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Help strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards

• Previous experience as an Intermediate Accountant
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
