This is an active contract opportunity. We are looking for an Integrated Producer to join a media organization in Toronto, Ontario. This 1-month opportunity is ideal for an experienced production specialist who can guide creative work from concept through delivery across print, digital, and motion-based assets. Working in a hybrid environment, you will partner closely with artists and designers to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining strong production quality. The role is centered on studio execution rather than broadcast production and requires confidence managing multiple deliverables at once.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production activities for creative projects, ensuring schedules stay on track and deliverables are completed on time.

• Work closely with production artists and designers to translate creative direction into high-quality final assets across multiple formats.

• Coordinate concurrent assignments spanning print, digital channels, and 2D/3D motion work while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Monitor workflow progress, identify potential delays early, and adjust priorities to support smooth delivery.

• Review output for adherence to quality expectations, brand standards, and technical production requirements.

• Provide practical feedback and direction to creative contributors throughout the production process.

• Organize production details, timelines, and handoffs so stakeholders remain aligned at each stage of execution.

• Demonstrated experience in integrated production within a studio or agency setting, with work covering print, digital, and motion assets.

• Strong working knowledge of production processes, scheduling, and quality control across multiple media types.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with artists, designers, and other creative partners in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous success managing several projects at the same time with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency with industry-standard creative and production tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Flash.

• Background in artwork preparation, graphic production, printing, and digital asset delivery.

• Freelance or contract-based production experience is considered an asset.
