- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Assign duties and projects to real estate brokers
- Coordinate work activities to ensure commercial or residential projects meet requirements, budget and deadlines properties
- Evaluate daily operations
- Review commercial properties to ensure that they are in line with rental markets
- Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Manage contracts
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data and information
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Plan, direct and monitor activities of sales department
