What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and grow both new and existing customer accounts across a variety of industrial sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements to ensure accurate solutions.
• Promote value-added processing and fabrication capabilities to meet customer needs.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships by providing technical support and responsive account management.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience within an industrial, manufacturing, metals, or steel environment.
• Proven success developing new business while managing existing customer relationships.
• Comfortable prospecting through cold calling and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Self-motivated with a consultative, solution-oriented approach to sales.
