Robert Half is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a client looking to strengthen its people operations and support key business goals. This role is ideal for a human resources professional with broad HR expertise, strong leadership skills and the ability to guide employee relations, compliance, talent initiatives and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day human resources operations and ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives
• Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance to leaders and employees on workplace issues, performance concerns and policy interpretation
• Lead core HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, performance management and HR compliance
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain and optimize HRIS records, reporting and HR processes
• Support recruiting efforts and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, state and local employment laws and internal policies
• Develop and implement HR programs, procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and employee experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience as an HR Manager
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits, onboarding and performance management
• Experience working with HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
