We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts for an electronics organization in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract position is well suited to someone with early-career recruiting experience who enjoys coordinating hiring activities, engaging with candidates, and keeping recruitment processes organized. The successful candidate will contribute to full-cycle hiring and onboarding support while working closely with internal stakeholders to help meet ongoing staffing needs.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment activities from job posting through offer stage, ensuring each step of the hiring process moves forward efficiently.
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for a variety of openings while maintaining an attentive and responsive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, align on selection criteria, and support timely staffing decisions.
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruitment records within HR and applicant tracking systems, including platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and other recruiting tools.
• Assist with onboarding preparation by organizing documentation, coordinating pre-employment steps, and supporting new employee setup.
• Monitor job advertisements across relevant channels, including external career platforms, and help improve posting visibility for open positions.
• Support administrative tasks related to human resources and recruiting, including correspondence, interview logistics, and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with recruiting-related system or workflow updates when required.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources coordination.
• Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and general hiring practices.
• Experience using HR, applicant tracking, or recruitment systems such as ADP Workforce Now, CRM tools, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to candidate and stakeholder interactions.
• Familiarity with onboarding administration and recruitment documentation processes.
• Ability to work accurately with confidential information and maintain detailed records.
