We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join a team on a contract basis in North York, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare recruitment and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly in the healthcare sector.

• Utilize platforms such as CareerBuilder and Indeed to source candidates with relevant experience.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

• Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM system to track candidate progress.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future staffing needs.

• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while aligning with industry standards.

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to key stakeholders.

• Support other HR administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall department efficiency.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms like CareerBuilder and Indeed.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing candidate information and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes and onboarding procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates.
• Understanding of healthcare operations and staffing needs.
• Background in corporate recruiting or staffing agencies is a strong asset.
