Our client is looking for a proactive HR Analyst, Reporting and Analytics to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports HR reporting and analytics by delivering reliable workforce insights and partnering with HR, payroll, and IT teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
• Analyze workforce and payroll data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT on reporting and data validation.
• Manage multiple reporting requests while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare hiring metrics and recruitment reports for stakeholders.
• Investigate data discrepancies and improve reporting quality.
• Support HR systems reporting and process improvements.
• Present insights through clear reports and summaries.

• HR/payroll reporting and analytics experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, workforce data, and reporting best practices.
• Collaborates effectively with HR, payroll, and IT teams.
• Manages multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Familiar with recruitment processes and hiring metrics.
• Experience with About Time or similar time and attendance systems is an asset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in remote, collaborative teams.
