Our client is looking for a proactive Hospitality Assistant to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the daily operation of hospitality services by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchens, meeting rooms, and shared spaces. The ideal candidate is dependable, service-oriented, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in hospitality kitchens, lunchrooms, meeting rooms, and shared office spaces.
• Set up and reset boardrooms with water, refreshments, and required supplies.
• Wash and store dishes using the on-site dishwasher.
• Restock kitchens, visitor areas, and meeting spaces with supplies.
• Monitor shared spaces and address spills, clutter, and inventory needs proactively.
• Provide light reception and hospitality support as required.
• Clear and reset meeting rooms to support ongoing bookings.
• Respond to changing priorities and provide coverage across hospitality areas.

• 1+ year of experience in hospitality, food service, office support, or a similar service environment.
• Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with cleaning, dishwashing, restocking, and maintaining shared spaces.
• Organized and responsive in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience supporting meeting rooms or conference spaces is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment, including photocopiers and scanners, is an asset.
