Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work setting- Hotel, motel, resort
Tasks- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Supervise staff
- Perform front desk duties
- Establish work schedules
- Enforce policies and procedures
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Conduct training sessions
- Organize and maintain inventory
Supervision- 5-10 people
