THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven professional FP& A Manager to make an immediate impact during an 18-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact within an organization.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with senior leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives
• Deliver financial reports, providing clear variance analysis and actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide strategic financial guidance on business initiatives, and operational efficiencies
• Monitor and interpret key financial and operational metrics, highlighting opportunities to improve performance

ABOUT YOU:
Having amassed 5+ years of experience in FP & A, you’re a results-driven finance professional with a strong background in corporate finance. You excel at financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis, and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and collaborate across teams makes you an invaluable asset. Our search for a talented FP & A Manager could end with you. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Professional certification such as CPA, or CFA
• 5+ years of experience in FP & A, Corporate Finance, or related roles
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial planning tools
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a proactive approach to challenging and improving existing processes
• Strong ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
