Manager, FP& A (Mississauga)

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a high-impact Manager, FP& A to partner closely with senior leadership and drive strategic financial planning. This role offers strong visibility across the business, leading forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning while delivering actionable insights to support growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead long-term financial planning, including maintaining and enhancing strategic models
• Own quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles across business units
• Deliver variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear insight into key drivers
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate risks, opportunities, and investment decisions
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation
• Oversee month-end reporting for corporate overhead and present results to executive leadership
• Prepare high-quality management reports, dashboards, and board-level materials
• Support investor-facing processes, including financial models and external reporting alignment
• Drive process improvements and support ad hoc analysis and special projects
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• CPA (or equivalent) with 5+ years of progressive FP& A and/or reporting experience
• Experience in a public company / IFRS environment preferred
• Strong financial modeling expertise with advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Exposure to EPM tools (e.g., OneStream) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is an asset
• Highly analytical, with strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
