We are building a pipeline of Financial Analysts for future opportunities with our clients. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can support financial planning, analysis, and reporting while partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial results, variances, and trends
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Support month-end and year-end close
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights
• Assist with cost analysis and performance tracking
• Improve reporting processes and data accuracy
• Support ad hoc analysis and projects

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5+ years of financial analysis experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel; experience with tools like SAP or Power BI is an asset
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
