We cover accounting, finance, and payroll positions.

I am looking for a Financial Analyst for a manufacturing company. This is a permanent hybrid position in Brossard.
- Produce monthly financial reports and analyses for management.
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements and the improvement of the month-end process.
- Contribute to budget development and variance analysis.
- Develop and monitor financial performance indicators.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement and integration projects.
- Support the accounting team as needed.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations.
- Review and analyze credit applications from new customers.
- Prepare government tax returns.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and close work orders.
- Review certain accounting entries and propose adjustments.
- Participate in annual audits and perform various related tasks.
- University degree in accounting or administration.
- CPA designation (a major asset).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command of computer tools, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of D365 (an asset).
- Bilingualism in French/English to interact with contacts outside Quebec.

PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the Human Resources Director.
