Job Title: Business Central Consultant

Robert Half is seeking a Business Central Consultant to lead system configuration and support key finance and accounting processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Business Central / D365, including GL, chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and core accounting setup.
• Support daily finance operations and ensure the system is structured to run the daily books efficiently and accurately.
• Partner with finance leadership to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system and process solutions.
• Build and improve financial reporting capabilities to support management, operational, and executive reporting needs.
• Prepare the ERP environment and reporting structure for a company approaching public company readiness, including IFRS reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams on integrations, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications:

• Experience implementing or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong background in general ledger, chart of accounts design, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Understanding of IFRS reporting and finance process requirements in a growing or pre-IPO environment.
• Ability to work closely with accounting and leadership teams to improve controls, reporting, and system usability.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, ERP optimization, or system readiness for scale.
