Overview

Our Vancouver-based client is looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Automation Specialist to support ongoing email campaigns and day-to-day marketing execution. This is a 3-month, contract (30 hours/week).

This role is highly execution-focused and best suited for someone who enjoys working in a structured, task-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy email campaigns in Marketo
• Perform basic QA checks prior to campaign sends
• Manage and action incoming Jira tickets, keeping statuses up to date
• Execute campaign tasks including setting up sends, cloning programs, and updating assets
• Build and update landing pages using templates (copy/paste with minor edits)
• Work through a steady queue of requests and deliver within timelines

Requirements

• Hands-on Marketo experience (email builds and sends)
• Experience working in a ticket-based environment (Jira or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, especially for QA
• Comfortable with repetitive, execution-driven work
• Able to take direction and run independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Work is template-driven (no heavy design or strategy required)
• Manager has a direct, clear leadership style and expectations are well defined, this role suits someone who can execute with minimal handholding
