WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams
• Proven success hiring, mentoring, coaching, and managing technical talent
• Strong background in software architecture and building scalable, secure applications
• Hands-on software development experience with the ability to review and contribute to production code
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI technologies across the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, code review, and deployment
• Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, engineering best practices, and agile development environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business leaders
• Experience working within regulated industries or environments with strict security, privacy, or compliance requirements is considered an asset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and lead teams through growth and change
