We are looking for a detail-focused Ad Ops Specialist to join our team in Ontario on a full-time contract basis. This contract opportunity runs until the end of October, with the potential to be extended, and supports day-to-day digital campaign delivery in a hybrid work environment. The role is ideal for someone who can adapt quickly, work within established workflows, and maintain strong accuracy while coordinating campaign setup, reporting, and platform updates.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the setup, trafficking, and ongoing monitoring of digital advertising campaigns to ensure accurate execution and alignment with targeting requirements.

• Prepare insertion orders and related campaign documentation needed to launch and manage advertising initiatives effectively.

• Produce and distribute proof-of-performance and campaign reports for internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Respond to client and sales support requests professionally, providing clear updates on campaign progress, issues, and resolutions.

• Maintain campaign information within sales and media systems, ensuring internal trackers and records remain current and reliable.

• Share regular campaign status updates and performance insights during team meetings, supported by organized reporting and analysis.

• Review platform entries and operational data carefully to preserve accuracy across internal systems and client-facing tools.

• Create and update venue records and account information within internal organizational platforms to support campaign operations and reporting needs.

• Contribute to special assignments and administrative support tasks as directed by managers or team leads.

• Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in digital ad operations, campaign coordination, media operations, or a similar support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with media software, CRM tools, content management systems, or advertising platforms is strongly valued.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, campaign execution practices, and performance reporting is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities with strong organization and time management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling campaign data, reports, and system updates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to working with stakeholders.
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS platforms, social media insights tools, or related digital marketing technologies is considered an asset.
