Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update customer credit information into the online system.
• Complete online credit application forms with precision and attention to detail.
• Process amendments to account information, including address changes and other updates.
• Scan and digitally store documents to maintain organized and accessible records.
• Provide friendly and attentive greetings to customers and guests.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all data entry tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Organize and manage digital files to streamline information retrieval.
• Handle email correspondence related to credit applications and account updates.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and file organization.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
