THE ROLE:

As the Data & AI Automation Analyst you will bridge business strategy and advanced analytics, delivering scalable data, automation, and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate
• Develop and support AI, analytics, and data-driven initiatives
• Source, clean, and transform data to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Build scalable data models and dashboards (Power BI) to support reporting
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and structured solutions
• Lead solution design and requirements gathering with stakeholders
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a high-performing analytics team
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data, analytics, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and AI solutions (including agentic AI integration)
• Strong skills in data integration, transformation, and modeling
• Proficiency in SQL and coding (Python or similar)
• Experience translating business problems into technical/data solutions
• Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide team members
• Strong problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and ownership attitude
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
