We are looking for an experienced D365 F& O Platform Engineer for our client in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will apply your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support, troubleshoot, and implement ERP systems. If you have a strong background in techno-functional solutions and a passion for optimizing business processes, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring smooth system operations.

• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical challenges directly within the application.

• Assist end users by addressing their queries and providing solutions in a production environment. • Collaborate on the implementation and maintenance of system modules, workflows, and security roles.

• Utilize Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform tools to manage and improve ERP performance.

• Develop and maintain electronic reporting frameworks and data management strategies.

• Participate in the integration of Power Platform and Dataverse to enhance system functionality.

• Perform basic object-oriented programming tasks to support system customizations.

• Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI for data visualization and decision-making.

• Work with support tickets to ensure timely resolution and documentation of issues.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations in a support or functional capacity.

• Strong knowledge of system navigation, modules, and standard functionality within D365 F& O.

• Proficiency in Lifecycle Services, Power Platform Administration, and D365 Electronic Reporting.

• Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, operations, sales, or supply chain. • Familiarity with object-oriented programming and Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Entra.

• Experience with integrating Power Platform and Dataverse solutions.

• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and collaborate across teams.

• Microsoft D365 F& O functional certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & benefits

This is a permanent and permanent position that includes a base salary between $110 - 120k, stock program, education and training program, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation time. This position is bonus eligible as well.

Work model: This is a hybrid position (3x a week in the office).
