We're seeking sales-forward, detail-oriented independent contractors to help customers with hotel reservations at upscale properties. In this role, you will assist callers with hotel reservations and booking confirmations while providing first class customer service. Earnings Potential
- Canadian PROs will earn $0.21/customer interaction minute (USD) with a minimum guarantee of 39 minutes per hour.
Skills Needed
- Sales skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Strongly preferred that contractors be well-traveled and have personal experience booking 4 and 5 star properties
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly tone and professional demeanor
- Tech-savvy and avid computer user
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and resourceful
Schedule

- Client phone lines are open 24/7
- Weekday, weekend, night hours available.
Work Environment Requirements
- Quiet, uninterrupted space
- Organized desk area
Technology Requirements
- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, with at least 10 MBPS download and 3 MBPS upload speeds
- Wired internet connection to be used during tech setups, while attending education classes and while working (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 11 operating system must be used
- Microsoft Defender antivirus software (included with Windows 11) installed, running and up to date
- Wired USB headset with microphone
- Mac Support is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
- Contractors must have a smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad and be willing to install an authentication app related to program work
