Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Create and process purchase orders accurately to support ongoing service and project needs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers by providing updates, answering questions, and addressing service concerns with careful attention to detail.
• Arrange appointments and coordinate schedules to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Prepare documents and ensure records are complete, organized, and up to date.
• Liaise with insurance contacts to obtain information, provide updates, and support timely file handling.
• Confirm scheduled appointments with customers and relevant stakeholders to reduce delays and miscommunication.
• Work closely with project managers to relay information, coordinate activities, and support day-to-day operations.
• Use CRM and other business systems to track interactions, manage account information, and document service activity.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related office-based support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, insurers, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM platforms and general computer applications in a business setting.
• Familiarity with office administration tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, and record maintenance.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints calmly, professionally, and with a solution-focused approach.
• Experience working with tools or systems such as ADP, Avaya CMS, Epic software, or similar business applications is considered an asset.
