We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support clients and internal teams in a fast-paced restoration environment in Ottawa, Ontario. This Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and can manage several priorities at once. The successful candidate will help coordinate service activities, maintain accurate records, and provide responsive support to customers, insurers, and project staff.

Responsibilities:
• Create and process purchase orders accurately to support ongoing service and project needs.
• Maintain regular communication with customers by providing updates, answering questions, and addressing service concerns with careful attention to detail.
• Arrange appointments and coordinate schedules to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Prepare documents and ensure records are complete, organized, and up to date.
• Liaise with insurance contacts to obtain information, provide updates, and support timely file handling.
• Confirm scheduled appointments with customers and relevant stakeholders to reduce delays and miscommunication.
• Work closely with project managers to relay information, coordinate activities, and support day-to-day operations.
• Use CRM and other business systems to track interactions, manage account information, and document service activity.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related office-based support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, insurers, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM platforms and general computer applications in a business setting.
• Familiarity with office administration tasks such as document preparation, scheduling, and record maintenance.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and complaints calmly, professionally, and with a solution-focused approach.
• Experience working with tools or systems such as ADP, Avaya CMS, Epic software, or similar business applications is considered an asset.
