Our client is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports customers by providing timely, professional assistance, addressing inquiries, and helping resolve issues. The ideal candidate is a friendly, organized, and customer-focused communicator who can manage multiple priorities while delivering a positive service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer outreach to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build positive customer relationships and strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify sales opportunities by assessing customer needs and follow-up opportunities.
• Accurately update leads, accounts, and interactions in the CRM.
• Share customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information.
• Track calls, leads, and follow-up activities and report results.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and customer programs.
• Participate in training to stay current on products and outreach strategies.

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Grade 12 required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage calls, inquiries, and multiple priorities efficiently.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer account management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
