Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports customers by providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering professional and efficient support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound phone inquiries with clear, accurate information.
• Record call details and update information using data entry systems.
• Manage email correspondence and follow up on requests promptly.
• Make outbound calls to provide updates or clarify information.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate service records.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks and documentation.
• Complete required training before handling client interactions independently.

• Customer service, call centre, or other public-facing experience.
• Professional handling of inbound calls with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written communication for emails and documentation.
• Accurate data entry and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective management of inbound and outbound communications.
• Experience with appointment scheduling or order/service entry is an asset.
