We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing team in Bolton, Ontario on a Contract basis. In this role, you will support customers through phone and email communication, process orders accurately, and help maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is well suited to someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple customer requests throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails promptly, providing helpful and attentive service for a wide range of inquiries.
• Enter customer information, order details, and service updates accurately into internal records and tracking systems.
• Process order entry tasks with close attention to detail to help ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Make outbound calls when needed to confirm information, follow up on requests, or coordinate service-related matters.
• Schedule appointments and arrange service timelines based on customer needs and operational availability.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to prepare, update, and maintain customer files, reports, and related documentation.
• Resolve routine customer concerns efficiently and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Support day-to-day call centre activities while maintaining clear communication and a positive customer experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call centre support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls professionally and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong data entry and order processing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience communicating with customers through both phone and email channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for routine administrative and reporting tasks.
• Ability to manage outbound follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with a dependable and service-oriented approach.
