As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking a Corporate Controller to join their finance leadership team in Vancouver.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced CPA to take on a highly visible role with broad exposure across a sophisticated multi-entity environment. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership while overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, treasury, lender reporting, audits, and financial controls.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the corporate accounting and financial reporting function across multiple entities
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Manage consolidations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting
• Oversee cash flow management, treasury activities, and lender reporting
• Lead year-end audits and coordinate with external advisors
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes
• Mentor and develop members of the accounting team
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization

What We're Looking For

• CPA designation
• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
• Strong background in multi-entity and consolidated reporting environments
• Experience with treasury, cash management, audits, and financial controls
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial business environment
• Experience within private equity, holding companies, real estate, infrastructure, investment management, or diversified operating businesses is considered a strong asset
