Our highly esteemed, national not-for-profit client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to assume a pivotal role in their ServiceNow Procurement implementation. In this role you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and aligned to procurement processes, and successfully supported through implementation, testing, training, and deployment.

The Business Analyst’s duties will include:

• Supporting implementation planning and project documentation, including requirements, scope, use cases, test cases, and training materials
• Leading business analysis activities by gathering, documenting, and validating procurement requirements, workflows, and future-state processes
• Developing artifacts such as business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, and traceability documentation
• Facilitating workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party partners
• Acting as the liaison between Procurement and business/technical teams to ensure alignment and resolution of issues
• Supporting testing activities including test planning, script creation, defect tracking, execution support, and validation of solutions
• Assisting with training planning, user guides, knowledge-sharing sessions, and user readiness activities
• Supporting deployment, go-live readiness, stabilization, and post-launch activities
• Identifying and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions
• Maintaining project documentation and support ongoing knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Other duties or tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting procurement-focused transformation or system implementation projects
• Experience with Enterprise Service Management or enterprise platform implementations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and procurement-related modules such as Source-to-Pay and Contract Management is highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, and supporting testing and training activities
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and working with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Information Technology
• Strong understanding of requirements traceability, issue management, and implementation support practices
• Experience using collaboration and project tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, Miro, Jira, or similar
