We’re hiring a Junior Business Analyst to support our clients growing finance systems team through a key ERP rollout and stabilization phase. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, not just sitting on the technical side.

You’ll play a hands-on role supporting a finance platform (ERP), helping troubleshoot issues, document processes, and ensure a smooth go-live and post-launch experience. This role is offered as a 6-month contract-to-permanent.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a go-to support resource for finance system issues and user requests
• Investigate bugs, identify workarounds, and document solutions clearly
• Partner with finance and business teams to gather requirements and improve processes
• Support system administration and ongoing maintenance of financial tools
• Assist with testing (UAT), process documentation, and change management activities
• Help ensure new processes are stable, scalable, and well-documented
• Contribute to business cases and future system enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience supporting financial systems or ERP platforms (any system is fine)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working through ambiguity
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation and follow-through
• Understanding of finance processes and internal controls is an asset
• Experience with system administration or support is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Experience with testing, process mapping, or change management
