Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing tailored support to users through adept utilization of data visualization and reporting tools.
- Demonstrating proficiency in data management principles to ensure efficient handling of complex datasets.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across project deliverables.
- Acting as a liaison between technical and non-technical business units to facilitate effective communication and understanding.
- Mentoring teams on best practices in data utilization to drive informed decision-making processes.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Developing comprehensive designs, requirements, and solutions documentation to guide project execution.
- Contributing to system enhancements through thorough analysis and well-considered design modifications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budgetary constraints.
- Providing regular and detailed reporting to management on project volumes and recurring issues.
- Supporting change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions during business process updates.
- Working closely with IT teams to implement and enhance technology solutions supporting business operations.
- Generating database queries and reports to facilitate various data conversion processes.

- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with experience in conducting group training sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and substantial experience in complex consulting environments.
- Familiarity with a range of technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SQL Server, ERP/LMS systems, and Windows.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in research, planning, and execution.
- Experience in reporting and data interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Proficiency in negotiation, conflict management, and resolution.
- Confidence in public speaking and delivering engaging client presentations.
- Intermediate expertise in Crystal Reports.
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
