Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper on behalf of our client. This role is ideal for a professional with strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial records with accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries for multiple locations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable across assigned entities or branches
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end close activities
• Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and cash flow records
• Help ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and controls
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding billing and payment matters

• Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related finance role
• Experience supporting multiple locations, branches, or entities is considered an asset
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar systems
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll support
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
