Description du poste
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records by entering invoices, updating accounting data, and ensuring transactions are recorded correctly.
• Support accounts receivable activities by preparing customer billing information, tracking incoming payments, and following up on outstanding balances as needed.
• Assist with accounts payable processing by reviewing invoices, organizing payment details, and helping ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Complete regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to keep account balances aligned with supporting records.
• Use QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage financial information, prepare reports, and monitor account activity.
• Review bookkeeping entries for completeness and accuracy, resolving errors promptly to maintain reliable records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather documentation, clarify transaction details, and support routine accounting processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations in a business environment.
• Proficiency in entering invoices and maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial documentation.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking, organizing, and reviewing data.
• Experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
