Responsibilities:
• Enter billing, invoice, and payment information into computerized systems with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare, review, and issue invoices while ensuring supporting details are complete and properly recorded
• Maintain organized billing records and update account information within accounting software platforms
• Respond to billing-related questions from customers and internal stakeholders in a clear and effective manner
• Assist with payment processing and claim administration tasks in accordance with established procedures
• Verify data for completeness and correct discrepancies to support accurate financial reporting
• Work with corporate teams to help keep billing operations efficient and deadlines on track
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a billing, invoicing, or related clerical accounting role
• Hands-on experience using accounting software systems and computerized billing tools
• Strong data entry skills with a consistent focus on accuracy and detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with customers and internal teams
• Experience supporting billing functions, invoice processing, and payment administration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced office environment
• Background in customer service and resolving billing inquiries professionally
