This is a client-facing technology role, with a focus on servicing clients in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. The work will primarily be done on-site at various customer sites around the Vancouver lower mainland. On some days you’ll be visiting client sites, and some days you’ll be at the Langley head office, working with the other members of your team. When you can’t solve a problem on your own, you will have a clear escalation path to get things resolved and keep your clients happy!




As you can imagine, a big part of this role will focus on Microsoft-centric technologies to keep corporate clients running smoothly - Windows, Exchange and Active Directory are always at the top of the list. Depending on the client setup, there may also be work on networking and storage, and even some server-side work related to virtualization and server configuration. Needless to say, there will never be a shortage of work -- or variety. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and technical environments, and designing solutions accordingly. You will be the architect on the team and will create IT roadmaps, and plans relating to the client's Azure services, and there is a team to help you with the execution.




This is a full-time position that includes a competitive base salary, extended health and dental benefits, and paid vacation.

- You have pursued one or more Microsoft certifications related to Windows, Office 365, MS Azure, etc.
- You live in the Vancouver area, and you’re comfortable working on-site in the Langley head office 3-4 times per week (on average)
- You have your own car and driver's license (mileage for client meetings will be reimbursed)
