We are supporting a boutique law firm in their search for a Senior Litigation Lawyer.

About The Role:

This a great opportunity for an experienced litigator who wants to run their own files from start to finish, handle complex applications and trials independently and operate with full strategic autonomy.

• You will independently manage and run commercial litigation files from inception through trial and appeal.
• Handle shareholder disputes, oppression remedy claims and civil fraud matters.
• You will act on construction litigation files from a range of disputes.
• Lead complex applications and injunctions with minimal supervision.
• Manage client relationships directly, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
• Collaborate with the Founding Partner and other Counsel on high-stakes matters where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 10 years' call experience and will be a highly experienced commercial litigator.
• A proven track record with shareholder disputes, oppression claims, and civil fraud matters.
• Must be comfortable with construction litigation and adept at handling injunctions.
• Must have a track record of independently running trials and a history of successfully running complex applications.
• Someone who can take ownership from start to finish.
