About The Company:

We are currently working with a leading Securities and Corporate Law firm based in Downtown Vancouver who work on a variety of complex national and cross-border transactions. Their core practice areas include corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, takeovers and takeover defence, and corporate and commercial.

About The Role:

• Advise clients on corporate governance, structuring, and general business matters

• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and other strategic transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements

• Provide guidance on securities law compliance, including private placements and public offerings

• Assist with regulatory filings and continuous disclosure obligations

• Conduct legal due diligence and manage transaction closings

• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to deliver practical, business-focused solutions

• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

Candidate Experience & Qualifications:

• 1-6 years of post-call experience.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Securities and Corporate Law.

• Experience working in a national/international law firm or a boutique securities/corporate law firm.

• Track record of working on complex transactions.

• Personality: The successful candidate will be motivated and driven to progress towards Partnership.
